Welcome to Conversations, Season 4 of The Past, The Promise, The Presidency. At the SMU Center for Presidential History, we get to invite historians to campus for conversations all the time. This season, we’re bringing some of those conversations to you.

Each episode of Season 4 will highlight one of our upcoming or past speakers and their research on American and presidential history. Through these short conversations, we’ll provide a crash course in the breadth of presidential history, and point you to where you can learn even more.
